I made the mistake of purchacing 2 scooters from these people, I should have know when the scooters came 2 weeks after they promised that there was a problem....but I was patient and they arrived. The very first day the turnsignals on one of the scooters went out....there response was to figure out myself what was wrong and they would send me the replacement part...this was a month ago and I am still waiting for the part. Now the scooters dont run at all. They will not return my calls and I guess they are not interested in my satisfaction. I have contacted Amex and reversed the charges in an effort to get my money back. I cant believe these people are still in business. Once they have your money they are done with you....I would not take a scooter from them if it were free, because it would break down and take up space in my garage.
